All available templates are at app.ecomelixir.com/templates. If a template isn’t listed there, it’s still in development and will be released through the dashboard when ready.
  1. Go to app.ecomelixir.com/licenses.
  2. Click Change Store on your license.
  3. Enter the store’s default .myshopify.com URL (not a custom domain).
  4. Submit and wait for approval (up to 24 hours).

The store URL on your license doesn’t match the store where the theme is installed. Go to app.ecomelixir.com/licenses to check which store your license is assigned to. Make sure it matches the store’s default .myshopify.com URL (not a custom domain).
All included templates are available at app.ecomelixir.com/templates. If a specific template isn’t visible, it hasn’t been released yet.
Use the theme updater at app.ecomelixir.com. It updates your theme while keeping your settings and section configurations. See Updating for details.
Your theme settings (colors, fonts, section configurations) are preserved. However, if you’ve edited theme code files directly, those changes may be overwritten. Always download a backup from Shopify admin before updating (Online Store → Themes → ⋯ → Download theme file).
Elixir includes translations for 27 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and more. RTL support is available for Arabic and Hebrew — enable it in Theme settings → Typography.
Go to Theme settings → Color Swatches and enter mappings in the format ColorName: #HEX (one per line). For example: Navy Blue: #001F3F. These display as visual swatches on product and collection pages.
Yes. Most sections have a “Use theme colors” toggle. Turn it off to set custom background, text, and accent colors for that specific section.
