Elixir includes multiple review and testimonial sections — each designed for a different use case. No review apps needed for the display (you’ll still need an app or manual entry for collecting reviews).
Which section should I use?
| Section | Best for |
|---|
| Customer Reviews | Standard review grid. Good for product and homepage. |
| Customer Reviews Carousel | Scrollable review slider. Great when you have many reviews and want to save vertical space. |
| Amazon Styled Reviews | Reviews that look like Amazon. Builds familiarity and trust — especially for supplement, health, and beauty niches. |
| Facebook Reviews | Reviews styled like Facebook posts. Good for stores whose audience is Facebook-heavy. |
| Testimonials | Quote-style testimonial cards with photos. Best for brand/lifestyle stores. |
| Video Testimonials | Video reviews. Most persuasive format — use if you have video content. |
Trust indicators
Beyond reviews, Elixir has sections specifically for building trust:
| Section | What it does |
|---|
| As Seen In Logos | Show logos of press, partners, or certifications (e.g. “As seen in Forbes, Glamour…”) |
| Statistics Grid / Column | Display key numbers (“100,000+ customers”, “4.8/5 rating”, “90-day guarantee”) |
| Satisfaction Guarantee | Dedicated guarantee section with icon and description |
| Before & After | Image comparison slider showing results |
Product page trust blocks
On the product page itself, you can add these trust-building blocks:
| Block | Example |
|---|
| Rating | ”Excellent 4.7 out of 5 — Trustpilot” |
| Trust badges | ”#1 Best Seller | Doctor Recommended” |
| Delivery estimate | ”Order by today, receive by April 21” |
| Guarantee | ”Good Sleep Or Your Money Back” |
| Short benefits | ”90-Day Free Returns | Ships From Florida” |
Tips
- Mix formats — use a review section on the homepage and testimonial cards on the product page
- Show numbers — “12,000+ Reviews” is more convincing than just showing 3 reviews
- Use real photos — reviews with customer photos convert significantly better
- Place strategically — put social proof after your product pitch but before the FAQ
